Set in a world where all of the criminals on the contient are sent to a designed prison country regardless of how serious their crime. We follow Dante as he navgiates cartels and gangsters alike while smuggling the very weapons they use to wage their wars. All with an eye on earning his citizenship to leave all the chaos behind. But his plans go to the wayside when a prominent general and one thousand of his soldiers from one of the wealthist countries is sent to resfher after staging a coup. The general isn't finished with his schemes and turns the delicate balance of the prison country upside down.
